Terms of Use

1. Who we are. guidoangles.com (the "Site") is the personal website of Guido Angles, an individual based in Florida, USA ("I", "me"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) attempt to access non-public areas, including /admin, or any account, system or data you are not authorized to access; (b) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or bypass its security or rate limits, except under a written authorization from me; (c) scrape or crawl the Site in a way that burdens it, or harvest personal data; (d) use the contact or recruiter forms to send spam, unsolicited messages, malware or messages to third parties; (e) manipulate counters such as the like button; (f) use the Site for anything unlawful.
3. Intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, all text, photos, videos, 3D content and design on the Site are © Guido Angles, all rights reserved. Code in my linked GitHub repositories is licensed under its own license (e.g., MIT), as stated in each repository. Vendor names and trademarks (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell) belong to their owners. They are used only to describe technologies I have worked with and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.
4. Recruiter access and private résumé. Access to my private résumé is granted after email verification and is for your personal evaluation of my professional profile only. You agree to keep it confidential and not to share, publish, resell or redistribute it, or add it to databases, without my written consent. I may revoke access at any time.
5. Information only; no professional advice. Content on the Site, including project descriptions, the project map (approximate locations) and repositories, is general information about my experience. It is not professional, security or engineering advice for your environment. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Availability. I may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice. I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
8. Third-party links and services. The Site links to, and relies on, third-party sites and services (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, Cloudflare). I am not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.
9. Consulting inquiries. Contacting me about work or consulting does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation. Any services will be governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
10. Privacy. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle information collected through the Site.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue: the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes. I may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Language. These Terms are provided in English and Spanish. If there is any conflict between the versions, the English version controls.
